Application and Function Description:
Sterile homogenizer, also known as flapping homogenizer, is widely used in homogenization of animal tissues and biological samples and etc.. It can be used in food, medicine, cosmetics, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial detection, especially in the preparation of microbial test samples. The device can effectively separate the surface of solid sample and the microorganism contained in it. During the treatment, the sample is packed in a disposable sterile homogeneous bag, which is not in direct contact with the instrument. It has the characteristics of homogeneity and softness, no pollution, no damage, no temperature rise, no sterilization treatment and no washing utensils. It meets the requirements of fast, accurate results and good repeatability. This product is also suitable for the homogenate of tumor tissue (such as liver cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer). A large number of single cells (up to 2 * 105 in 2 minutes) can be obtained. If necessary, the homogenization time can be prolonged, the homogenization speed can be accelerated, and the tissue cells (such as liver) can be soft broken.
